Jeremiah Badu Shayar is an education and development professional with over 30 years of experience in inclusive education, programme management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building. He currently serves as the Country Programme Coordinator for the Holistic Development Programme for Children with Visual Impairment at the Presbyterian Health Service in partnership with Royal Dutch Visio, where he leads programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, policy development, and professional training.
He holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Social and Organizational Research and a Commonwealth Executive Master's in Public Administration. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with the Ghana Education Service, international development partners, and non-governmental organizations to improve educational outcomes, strengthen institutional capacity, and promote inclusive education for children with disabilities. He is also a published researcher and an experienced trainer committed to advancing quality education and sustainable community development.
