Joyce Larnyoh is a seasoned development practitioner and the Country Director of ICDP Ghana, with over 25 years of experience in education, child development, maternal and child health, gender equality, and community-led development. She has led the growth of ICDP Ghana since its establishment, championing evidence-based programmes that strengthen caregiver-child relationships, improve early childhood development, and expand access to quality health and education services for vulnerable communities.
She has successfully built strategic partnerships with government institutions, international development agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector to advance sustainable development across Ghana. Under her leadership, ICDP Ghana has implemented innovative initiatives in social and emotional learning, maternal health, adolescent empowerment, child protection, and community resilience, reaching thousands of children, women, caregivers, and educators.
Joyce is passionate about empowering communities through locally driven solutions and collaborative partnerships, ensuring that every child and family has the opportunity to thrive. Her work continues to position ICDP Ghana as a trusted partner in promoting child wellbeing, inclusive education, and sustainable social impact.
